Thought about getting upper bowl seating for the Florida game. How is the view and atmosphere around those seats is it just as fun as the lower bowl seating?

Anything can be fun depending on your attitude..
Or
Your attitude determines your altitude

Depends on your definition of “fun”

It's fine.
Here's an example. You never hear anybody complaining about the South stadium club. Those are essentially upper deck seats. Ticket a notch further and they are in the end zone. I sat there last week. It was great. But You will rarely get anybody to complain about the view due to the amenities. Yet people act like the East and West upper are substandard. You can see fine. Obviously the band is not as loud because you're further away. But in terms of viewing the game, if you're there to actually view the game then It's all good. If you're going to take pictures for Facebook and show everyone your clout based on where you're sitting, then......
I'd rather sit in the upper deck than in the first 20 rows anywhere in the stadium. 400 level South corner provide the best view and atmosphere in my opinion

Only sat up there once (2019 UF game). Crowd makes a decent bit of noise. It’s obviously not the same as being in the lower bowl but wouldn’t consider it quiet

I’ve had season tickets in the upper east section…row S…for 18 years. I love the view! Yeah, it’s a bit of a climb and it can be hot in the September games but your view is excellent! If you’re coming to actually see the game, it’s great.

Disagree about the view. The atmosphere is raucous, though, and probably as fun as anywhere else.
Lower bowl about rows 30-50 between the thirties is as good as it gets in terms of view, though I go back and forth. Also about as expensive as it gets not in a box/club type seat.
A very close second and maybe even the best for some people, as I said, I tend to go back and forth on this, are the Tiger Terrace seats (500s).
Our season tickets are in the seatback in 617. Most of us make noise, are into the game, and usually stay all game. The view is not bad.

It'll be empty so you can stretch out. Honestly the view isn't bad but you'll feel a bit detached from the atmosphere. Don't sit up there for a day game in the sun in September but for a November game it's fine
