Is to have a group of former players like Tyrann, Patrick Peterson, Jarvis Landry, Duke Riley, Tre White, and Joe Burrow or whoever and talk to this team and express why wearing the purple and gold is an honor and a privilege. Tell them to toughen up, play for one another, and have some damn pride. They need to call them out out about their play and I think it would get their attention. This should be coach O’s job and responsibility but I feel like this team does not respect him which is sad to say.

Can they also call out Coach O for hiring Pelini and Linnehan?

Upperclassmen coming back to provide leadership, depth and experience is what will get us back. Plus top 5 classes.

It shows that both the players and coaches should be accountable for this putrid season.

None of these guys quit on their team in mid season. I doubt that plays well in evaluation.

In what universe is having coaches and players publicly at each others throats good for the team?

What you suggest would be a cyanide pill for the team.

Seriously do you ever think before you post?

If you are replacing all of those coaches, you might as well replace o

He hired every single one.
Honestly all he does is recruit
If he cant get the jordan burch's and korey foreman's of the world, then he really isnt worth a shite

Well, Coach O must have thought it was good for the team when he publicly berated and belittled Finley on national tv last night.

It isn't often that we get a true insider like you posting here. Thank you for sharing the insight you have gathered from your many years on the inside of the L S U football program. We generally just get half witted fan-baws.

You mean when he chewed out his arse?

Saban does it to his QB and you baws piss down both legs with excitement.

Do you honestly not see the difference between that and what was proposed?

You are obviously steadfast on your position, as I am on mine. There is no convincing one another otherwise. We agree to disagree. I respect your opinion. Geaux Tigers.

If your assertion were true, that's very damning as it says that Orgeron can't lead. If O needs a surrogate to rally the team then he shouldn't be head coach.

It's quite straightforward.

2021 doesn't look any brighter given the lack of talent on the O line. Not to mention the entire offensive staff is challenged.
The ex-players can't save us. We need better current players and much better coaching.

What goal is achieved? What exactly is "held accountable"?
