Just can't beat Mullen, troy, or Aggie.

Actually worse.

Do you evenb recall the factors in that game? I understand we shouldn't have lost that game but you have to consider the context of what was going on at that time.
I'm sick of the references to that game.

When you post complete nonsense people will bring up the game.

Funny, the OP is bringing up a hand full of losses vs 100+ wins yet you crybabies want to just forget about the eggs Ed has laid.

Yeah, and we got hammered on consecutive weekends in 2015, 38-17 and 31-14, versus Ole Miss and Arkansas. Not to mention 41-7 the previous year by Auburn.
While the score was respectable in 14 against Moo U, they absolutely owned us that game.

The Troy loss is overblown and the Aggie loss was a fluke.

The OP's post doesn't really prove anything. The jury is still out on Orgeron but he appears to be building something. Many thought he would crater the program and he hasn't. He's meeting or exceeding what Miles did in his last years. LSU has not suffered the same fate as UF, Texas, USC, Vols, after they lost championship coaches.

Just let it play out.

Hating O in 2019 because of the Troy loss is a crock of shite.

Miles almost got ran out of the building by Troy but got bailed out by the comeback.

That's quite the reach there, we beat A&M about 5 times in one game, they needed 7OTs to get a lucky win and our DB backfield was depleted.

Florida flat out beat us.

No they did not, we could have and probably should have won both Florida games we lost under O. That happens at times, to every coach, usually multiple times.

Mullen seems to have O’s number thus far, though it’s only 2 times, once at miss state and once at Florida.

We beat A&M multiple times.

Yeah, and Miles beat Arkansas (6-5) and Ole Miss (7-4) more often than he lost to them. So what was the point of you’re OP?

If you’re gonna cherry pick teams to shite on a former coach with the best win percentage in the history of LSU in order to make your favorite look better expect people to come back with cherry picked examples of your coach crapping the bed as well. Especially after just 2 seasons that have produced only marginally better W/L results at best.

How about we give it some time to see how this plays out. This season should give us as good a Guatemalan as we’ll get.

We havent had the inexplicable loss to Ole Miss or Arkansas since he got here.

And he's had Gus and Auburn by the testes. Its pretty great and i feel like beating Arky every year is taken for granted.

I agree but what has held him/LSU back since he took over was losing a game each year that they should have won. I would put Troy, UF, ND, and aTm in that category. He also has won some he was not supposed to. This year if we want to win SECW, SECCG, CFP there is no room for an uh-oh.

Dont get me wrong, I support this team and coach. I just see this issue as the step LSU has got to climb to get into that level with the CFP contenders consistently.

There are a lot of teams out there saying the same thing going into this year. It's much more difficult to break into the elite programs than it is to get into the top 10. Only a few coaches out there have gone through a season winning all of the games their supposed to win.

Expecting 11-1 every year is nuts, even for Bama.

What’s the realistic expectation then?

10-2
9-3

Hmmmmm...thought that wasn’t good enough when the other fella was in charge.

So, you’re fine losing to lesser programs once or twice a year?
Either that or you don’t believe LSU is a top 5 program.

When Florida is truly back and Auburn makes a top hire and Jimbo has A&M improved then maybe , but that is not the case presently.

Getting punked by 4 touchdowns and laying a "goose egg" vs Bama **AT HOME** was telling/litmus test.

None of us forget anything.. we do know that a Troy loss 3 years ago is completely irrelevant. We also remember a pathetic nick,Saban loss to UAB.

Anyway what is your point about Troy that matters in 2019 or to the overall record.

He is 2 and 1 against TAM as well. So why would you refer to Aggies.

Ended ranked 6th. Started ranked 6th. Poised for great opportunities.

Great recruiting effort. Roster completely restored. QB room set for several, years. D line finally restocked.

What is wrong with you.

saban didnt have a 52 4 and 5 star player advantage.
saban took over a 3 win team that had won 3 sec games the previous 2 seasons combined.
