2003-04: 18-11 (8-8) NIT 1st Round
2004-05: 20-10 (12-4) NCAA 1st Round

If that's putrid, I'll take putrid if it means steady improvement and semi-consistent NCAA appearances compared to where we are at now.

Well judging by your expectations, we didn't make the post season last year (with a tuba player at center and two 5'9" guards) and we're looking at the NIT this year. Sounds like we are right on your schedule

Way to miss my point.

In case you haven't noticed, we haven't been to the NCAA tourney since the 2008-09 season, not so coincidentally with a team that was built by Brady.

i didnt watch the game but why is hickey shooting 16 times and Mickey only taking 5 shots? Hickey should NEVER shoot the fricking ball.

That's because we passed the ball around the perimeter until someone would finally feel confident enough to jack up a 3 or drive into the lane out of control. You would think we'd have our post guys come out on the perimeter and set screens, but instead they jog across the lane and just sit there with their fricking hands up giving zero effort to gain position on the defender. The only time they came to the perimeter to set screens was when the shot clock was under 10 seconds

Because they have nothing designed for that to happen. They just let Ole Miss play the zone and Stringer or Hickey were taking the shots as the shot clock got low. Stringer was on fire so that helped.

Hickey started off looking good, but then sat the bench for most of the 1st half with two fouls and then couldn't make anything when he came back in. He's been cold this year, but he did finish like 5th or 6th in 3pt. % and 3 pointers made last year in the SEC.
