Doing good... Just trying to make sense of THIS thread... You know how I feel... Wait and see mode...

I expect us too have some success. We have had great classes here. We have great coordinators. My onky retort was we dont have any proof Coach O has changed or his a different head coach. He has been a head coach and running the program for 4 months.

He may have gotten better. But to say either way is dumb.
If someone said he is the same head coach he was at ole miss, id say there is no proof of that either.

Who is in charge of putting STARS on High School players????

And how many 5-star players have failed once they get to college???

Bottom line is you can be ANY star.. its about how you are coached once you get to college.... FACT.... Look at Dupree... He was SO-CALLED A great WR.. He went in the 7h round and basically was A failure at LSU..

You asked if there were any results from Tommie Robinson being hired as recruiting coordinator at LSU. I showed you one. Now, you want me to explain how high school football players are ranked?

If you really need it, I can probably find a link to explain how the player rankings work. I personally don't know and don't give a shite.

But, I know Tommie Robinson has already made a difference by being at LSU.

What info are we supposed to be looking for? The link is to the wiki page of a much better football coach than Orgeron.

You obviously didnt do your homework about the situation at ole miss before and under Ogeron. Do you think Cutcliff just up and left to go to take a coordinator job because it was a better than being a head coach in the sec? Look if you wanna bash O that's you but at least know what happened at Ole Miss instead of making lazy uninformed assumptions about why it didn't work there. C'mon Rick you're better than that.

Ive seen coaches you dont think are good coaches go to worse situations and have far far far far better results.
There is no excuse for 3 sec wins in 3 years.

Not to be A dick but YOU yourself have said that you have had the same success as O as A head coach...

You know this is not true... He HAS run A program and YOU have not...

Just to clarify...

And then Nutt won 9 games with a roster that O went 0-8 in the SEC with

the difference was that Nutt had 3 of O's recruiting classes. O had two and his 1st class was only sophomores when he was let go. It's evident by the fact that once O's players were gone Nutt won zero SEC games and was fired himself.

Nutt's career at Ole Miss would have been worse than O's if he had taken over after Cutcliffe.

Yes you're right and I'm not saying O was the right hire or my choice but the piling on because of what happened coupled with him getting zero credit for what he did at USC and LSU last season isn't fair. And I was trying to add some color as to what went down at Ole Miss.

Thats not what i said.

I said i run as many SUCCESSFUL programs as ed Orgeron. Successful being the key word brother

Of course ive never run a program.
The statement only works with the word successful.

We all hope Coach O has the best tenure in lsu history.
But to say anyone knows either way just isn't true.

But ill tell you a fact....

ED OREGON RIGHT NOW HAS THE #1 WIN % IN LSU HISTORY

ED ORGERON IS UNDEFEATED AS LSU'S HEAD COACH

I hope this time next year i
can add more great facts.

Truth. I admittedly was not a fan of the O hire at the time, but trashing him now is about as stupid as saying he will be great.

Yeah, he sucked at Ole Miss. Let him coach a season as THE man at LSU, with his own assistants and then we can try to assess the situation.

Nutt won 2 west titles with his own recruits. Nutt is way more accomplished than Coach O.

You haven't even vaguely made a point as to why we're supposed to dismiss Orgeron's abysmal failure at Ole Miss. I'm ready when you're ready to tell me what the reason is.
