I was just really impressed by the line and that Brossette has so few runs for loss. With the uncertainty at the position coming in NB has been such a huge relief. Check out his runs versus Auburn. He just gashes them a few times.

The offensive line play in that game cannot be overstated. The Auburn defensive front is very, very good. The improvement they made from week 2 to week 3 was impressive AF.

Against good defenses like AU Bama & State we cant allow them to make LSU one dimensional. Even 3-4 yards a carry forces the D to respect the run.

The AU DLine is the best LSU will play this year.

He’s a very patient runner. I think he’ll transition well in the NFL.

Brossette's performance was overlooked. Getting almost 70 against them was huge. He is averaging 100 yards per game after having played two out of three games against elite defenses. He should continue to eat.

I learned something earlier this week when I asked about the delayed handoff that Auburn runs so well.

In the video from the OP, watch Brossette's third carry after Helaire's TD. It was very much like a delayed handoff. Gave our Oline time to push the Dline back a couple of yards and allowed Brossette to pick a hole (which was actually around left end).

Just watched that video and one number kept catching my eye. Auburn has a very good DL but based on that video, Charles struggled much more than I thought during the game. I think he is still gonna be just fine, just an observation because I kept seeing 77 on those plays. But I'm no OLine expert so I could be ignorant with my opinion.

I sit in the end zone and get a great view of the holes opened up for the running backs. As I stated earlier, based on the limited carries Brossette has gotten in prior years, he is more patient and better at spotting the hole opening up than Fournette or Guice. Doesn't make him a better running back, but he is going to get what is available on that play. Fournette didn't always have the patience to wait for a hole, and would just not see it at times when it was in fact there. Brossette seems to have better vision.

And, besides the carries, Brossette is a fairly good in pass protection. He holds his own.

No knock on CEH, but at the end of the game I was yelling at the tv because Brossette wasnt in the game. He was very clearly the best back in that game.

Miss State's DL is just as good, if not better.

The best DL LSU will face all year was the LSU DL in the preseason scrimmages.

The other thing I like is F Moreau lays some wood in some of those runs. And I really like how J Burrow continues the play after handoffs (faking a pass and even blocking). That will pay off.

Also, what song/artist is that playing? I like it

I said this to my buddy next to me. There was at least 4 plays that I thought if brossette was in he would've broken off a run where CEH didnt find the hole. Not a knock brossette just has really impressed and is playing at a high level right now
