He's also good bc he has command of 3 pitches in any count. Lange can't even do that but I guess a lot of college pitchers can't. He's going to be good

Nothing gonna be about it, he is good now. It will be interesting to see the pitching rotation come regionals

Missing key stats. Hitting with runners in scoring position and productive at bats with less then 2 outs.
ETA: Back to the original topic, Walker's W/L record is helped by him always starting against the other team's #3 weekend starting pitcher.

He is not pitching to the 3rd starter, he pitches to the same guys Lange & Poche do on Friday & Saturday...
And his last 3 starts have been better than those 2...

And he has gotten very little run support the last few weeks. 2 against arkansas, and 3 against ole miss, what was it, 3 against A&m?

Our batting average is exactly the same as it was at the end of last season

And how did last season end?
Your point?

Walker has also been the victim of two bullpen blown saves this season, Texas Tech (Newman) and Tex A&M (Gilbert), or he would have had two more wins in his W/L record.

He's also good on Saturday

Not sure but I can guarantee that is the stat that is less than last year.
