Notice the stadium next time too. It's half empty and 90% empty after 7 innings regardless. The interest has faded and no one is doing anything about it. NO team is scared of Alex Box or LSU for that matter! The program is going nowhere fast.

Guess you didn't watch the game in SEC Network last weekend where they interviewed multiple players from around the conference and they all said the Box is the most intimidating.

When fans care more about this than titles, there is a problem.

The magic at the box is certainly gone. Winning would help revive it, there's just a lot of apathy with the program right now.

As far as making the box intimidating again, we need more rowdiness. We need an area like Arkansas, Ole Miss and Miss State have where students can gather in one spot and drink and party and make it fun.

Acceptance is a hard pill to swallow for some.
The truth is staring us in the face.
Anyone that thought PM was going to ride this program out in Skip fashion is delusional.
Some will defend him and keep up with the excuses and trying to convince people it's this or that.
Baseball was going to eventually pass him by. Who know who the next coach at LSU will be, but it's going to happen one day.
The better question is what are we waiting for? Do those people defending him really think PM is going to win another championship?
I for one think he's a good coach, but he's not what he once was. And that's not a knock on him, it happens to everyone.
I just want to see what's best for the program happen sooner rather than later.

Baseball is quite simply a boring sport. Add that to the increased TV coverage and that stuff happens. Same thing people bitch about all the time with Death Valley.

Your opinion but this has never been the case for LSU. Not sure where you've been. Or if it's so boring why you're in the thread? Have a downvote.

Was it gone last year? How about the year before that?

True. I don't believe it's gone.
That's just an idiotic thing to believe.
It's definitely down a little because of the performance lately.

Lol, this is seriously going along the same exact lines as Les Miles a couple years ago.

Agreed. I meant coaching until he was ready to leave LSU.
No one will ever be on Skips level. Ever!
