If he is our coaching forward then what happens now. The majority of the fanbase wants him gone and our fans base will be a virus (unfortunately myself included) unless he wins an sec title. So do we just sit by and hope next year is better?

And to add to this. I am incredibly sad to see Les leave because he's the coach of my generation. Something has to be done though and in a hurry.

You support the team. Plain and simple. The rest is out of your hands.

the Miles haters are pissed because they realized tonite that they are the vocal minority.

it was obvious tonite that the players and fans love Les Miles

Yeah, that's what being a fan is. It's fun. Try it.

Again only BC they wanted to send him away with a nice send off for all his past accomplishments.

If boos were required to get rid of him, in sure they would've been loud and clear.

What some of you dimwits can't seem to understand is that one can like Miles and still believe that it is time to make a change. There were a shite load of people in those stands that wanted to wish the man well even though they believed and were OK with the program making a change at head coach.

Love to enlighten you but the clowns here and others like them do not constitute the "majority" of the fan base. It isn't even close.

I don't doubt that the majority of people who want Miles gone were also the 60-70% of the stadium that emptied before the game was over. Just saying. If these are the fans we are losing by keeping Miles, I vote to keep him for another 10 years.

I want another coach so we can stop the hard headed offense and play up to the potential of our players. I also cheered loudly for les tonight , however, because he's done very well here for 11 years and I respect the man as a coach. I would have cheered even if we knew he was being fired. Just because you cheer a great man while he's leaving doesn't mean your one of the people that wants him to stay forever and lose when it counts every year .
