On Moscona's show - Former Miss St QB and media personality Matt Wyatt shook up LSU fans

On Moscona's broadcast today, he bragged on Wyatt excessively especially about his knowledge of football. Wyatt noted to listeners how Miss St's defense is far better than Fla's, rating Miss State's defense on a scale from 1 to 10, as an 11, and nearly three deep along the line. LSU won't wear these guys down. Wyatt also warned LSU fans that if State's running back has around 125 yards rushing, and State's QB has around 90, LSU is in trouble because State's defense is that talented.
Moscona seemed amused and somewhat surprised at LSU fans' reaction on social media, with many going nutz over Wyatts' characterization of the game with LSU, one fan asked sarcastically, should LSU fans consider State a playoff caliber team?
Wyatt also noted that Kentucky's center was the only O-lineman State faced who held his own against State's top defensive player but admitted embarrassingly that he couldn't recall that players name.
What does this all mean? LSU's coaches are taking Miss State seriously, LSU fans are taking it personally at the thought that State could hang with LSU. The reality is this, LSU just needs to come ready to play for 4 quarters, LSU wins if that happens.

Yeah, state is great, we know. Lol, let's just go play tiger football and take care of business this weekend. It won't matter if we play like we are capable.

This isn’t last year’s LSU offense either and Hines is a difference maker at LG. Leverage is key with Hines and he has it. He should have started the UF game and was starting to come into his own prior to that game. Magee wasn’t ready.

The flip side is if we run for 200 yds the Moo St. is in trouble too which is much more likely to be the case.

Hopefully this influences Moscona to pick against us again.

Moscona, not Mascona.

Matt is a douche with shitty ‘opinions’ that are never correct.

Matt is a straight shooter and knows the game. Hopefully the team is taking this game seriously and preparing accordingly.

I enjoyed Wyatt’s breakdown videos of sec ballgames. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was asked to exaggerate a bit by Moscona

Moscona faking excitement after LSU wins is so cringe. He should stick to being “objective.” And by objective I mean objectively wrong

By straight shooter you mean picking almost every ranked LSU game incorrectly?

Ask UGA how their #1 Rushing Offense faired against LSU............

True but he said that crap for the show. I listened to Wyatt today and he picked MSU to lose.

I was referring to Matt Wyatt. Forgot that’s Moscona’s first name too...

Matt is a trigger word for me

State averages almost 100 yds less offense on the road. I look for #9 to be playing up in run support most of the game. We are going be playing a lot of man coverage. Probably see a lot of run blitzing. Key to beating State is getting noodle arm in 3rd and more than 6 yds to go.

Says his 7-5 prediction, right?

MSU has been pretty tough on the defensive side of the ball. The problem for them has been lack of offense in their two losses. They only mustered 200 yds total offense in those games.
The key to to contain Nick Fitzgerald running the ball. He put up 195 yds rushing on 28 attempts against Auburn and his halfback had 23 attempts.
Defensively they gave up 350 yds of offense to UF but only 13 points and still lost. They have been giving up around 300 yds per game against the P5 opponents.
