Just took one of my dogs in for minor surgery. Though the vet is an Auburn grad, I made sure she was wearing an LSU color.

I went to LSU for 8 years and I only sometimes wear purple to the game. Other times I just dress like it's a normal day. I'm louder than most in the stadium.

I have to agree. This aren't mid-week MLB games. This is Saturday night, grown man, SEC college football. How can you not have emotional attatchments???

Everyone in my neighborhood, job, church and a club I am in knows I am a Tiger fan. It is my rep I guess. I wear something LSU quite a bit of the time when not at work and even some times then.

I keep it mostly limited to Tigerdroppings. I don't talk about it much IRL apart from generic comments if someone brings it up.

During the season I wear LSU golf shirt to work and on game day usually I wear one of my Coaches Polo's..

On vacay(typically warm weather) I wear LSU polo an or B&B Tshirt.. but that's about the extent of it

I spent my freshman year at LSU (High School in Baton Rouge), but transferred out to NC State after that. I don't wear head-to-toe purple and gold (aka I don't clothes shop at walmart) but I definitely wear the colors year round and never miss a chance to yell out GEAUX TIGERS when I see another fan out in the world somewhere.

After I transferred out I was still getting acclimated to Raleigh, and one day at the NC State dining hall I did a double take as this dude was walking by wearing a LSU hoodie...and he did the same because I was wearing one as well. He sat down, we had lunch, and are still good friends to this day.

Went to the Arky game last weekend (first game I've been to since 2008!) and some dude asked me to sit down and I got pretty irked...called him an Alleva-tiger...apologized later though...

so...given the evidence I'd say I'm a 8.5 or 9.

I own a lot of lsu shirts that will be worn casually. I do have season specific gear I wear on gameday. No jerseys. No Toonces. Home games- "Death Valley" shirt. Away game- whatever I'm in the mood for. I don't have any gear that I would consider "loud". Most of my merchandise is in athletic gray. I'm typically a solids guy in regular attire. 95% of my gear is nike. Solid colors with simple logos or lettering. Sometimes hats on gameday, sometimes not. One small tiger eye sticker on my truck's rear window. Yes, I admittedly care a little too much about lsu sports, but I don't sacrifice the REAL important things. But everyone that knows me knows where my allegiance lies.

I have something that says LSU on it everyday, from hats, shirts, key lanyard, or wallet. Living in Vol country, isn't as bad as say Alabama but they like to forget what happened in 2010.

Everyone at work and socially knows I'm an LSU fan. The flag goes up on game days and a LSU shirt is worn to work on Fridays. 95% of the time, the ball cap is my yellow Nike Death Valley cap (would love to get another one - have had it 6 years). My office has a 3x5 LSU flag behind my desk as well.
