I hate this ump's delayed calls. Thought he was going to call that 0-1 pitch a ball. Raised his hand after about five seconds.

Was listening to One of the interviews with Jay before the season and he said before Shores for injured, they expected him to have a Skenes type 2023 season. He's got the stuff for sure, just hope he can work back to that form after the injury.

I think he will be before it's all said and done. But for now, imagine being tied one game apiece in a SEC series and we trot Shores out there for game three. Have a feeling we'll win a lot of series that way.
