Berry said “Getting better everyday and feels good” so my best guess is he will be healthy enough to play next weekend, but they will hold him out until Hoover unless they end up in a situation where they may be swept.

Not excusing McManus but I don’t think you should get first base when you swing through strike 3. How on earth does that make sense? Your failure to hit the ball obscures the catcher’s view.
