I don't disagree, but I think he still holds a grudge for not be considered for the head coaching job years ago.

He had to know this wasn't happening with no HC experience

If this is serious you should take Juluke out of the OP. He's never coached WRs on the college level or pro level

Well you're wrong. He has. For a year I believe at the high school level.

And, yes, I think that Juluke can coach WRs. I think that he can coach multiple positions, as he has for years.

based on what?

I'm not hating on Juluke, but we've put WRs into the NFL as starters for several years because they learned the technique of the position while they were here. I have zero doubt Juluke could learn that, but having not had great QB production last year, it seems much more important to me that we bring someone in who can replicate Henry's coaching to get the best out of our WRs, which would also be highly advantageous to QB play.

I'm going to suspect the Miles clause will be in this contract and will severely limit our WR coach options like DC. I could see someone like Juluke getting the job even though we don't know what he's capable of doing as a coach here. It's risky but might be a good recruiting hire. I think he's more fitted for an introduction role at TE coach rather than WR but we might not have any other choice.

Hire won't be easy, it will be like DC hire. Why coach up a position that is rarely use? Like Chavis, Henry also got tired of beating his head on the wall while Miles continues to interfere with the offense.

A receiver with an NFL skill set will make the NFL no matter what offense he runs in college. For example, according to ESPN's list of NFL players by college LSU has 9 receivers on NFL rosters. Oregon, a team that throws the ball almost every down and is often among NCAA leaders in offense has 4 receivers on NFL rosters.

Look it up yourself and count them.

I am avoiding him right now. The first 30 minutes of his show has been dedicated to who the next fricking WR coach is going to be. Jesus Christ. What horrible radio. How about this, Scona....talk about relevant sports goings-on for now, and then when LSU makes a hire, read the press release to us.

How much does Curtis Johnson make at Tulane?
Buy him out and make him the WR coach.
The Saints WR's haven't done anything since he left that staff.
