My parents bought it for me for christmas. It was done by an artist, nobody I know.
They got it at harrah's; apparently there was a booth or something set up for the ole war skule dvd's and they were selling these paintings also. I'll see if I can get some more info on it and let you guys know.

I made it myself; it was really easy.
I just sent the picture of the "win" graphic to a local sign shop, and they printed it on a clear sticker for me. Then just put it on a piece of 3" PVC and hung it

All I got was an LSU ornament for my tree. Though in all fairness to my mom she also got me an iPad.
