I also think it helps a lot that our region of the country doesn't have much competition for them outside of Baylor & Rice.
Yeah the NCAA and their love of regional matchups will help LSU for sure. It will also likely have Fullerton matched up with Stanford or UCLA in the Supers.

Don't worry, the ESPN power ranking thread tomorrow is all yours.

Doc: Hopefuly UNC doesn't turn it on down the stretch. FSU's pretty much a lock. purdue keeps winning (took 2/3 @ Nebraska)

LSU is every bit as good as Kentucky so that makes sense.

Did Baylor break our consecutive win record?

I'm pretty sure that LSU's 2008 win streak didn't hold any national records, only the SEC record.

Dro was slipping. Didn't see his thread this morning. Don't worry, the ESPN power ranking thread tomorrow is all yours.

Man, things are looking really good for a potential national seed too. Geographically speaking, Baton Rouge is a looooong way away from Gainesville or Lexington, and Arkie & TAMU are slipping back in the RPI standings.
I think we are playing SC for the third SEC National Seed. Conference won't get 4.

National record is 34, shared by Texas and Florida Atlantic.

I think Florida gets one if they finish 18-12 or better. Their SOS is just off the charts.
