I’m from Baton Rouge but lived in north LA for a quite some time. North LA is east Texas, not Arkansas. Arkansas is a whole different culture on their own.

I think a lot of it has to do with how much scholarship Arkansas is offering him. Talk around here is LSU didn’t really show any interest and then in the last 1.5 years his stock jumped up big time. Still sucks to see a prospect of his caliber not really focused on by LSU and go to a division rival.
