uh tate was a pretty good qb and david greene was as solid as they come in the SEC. weak examples.

He has Tebow and Snead on his list.

Interesting. I would have thought Miles called you last night on his way home to arrange for you to meet him and his staff for their Sunday meetings.

Dude, Andre Woodson belongs with Tebow and Snead. He threw 31 TDs to 7 INTs in 2006 AND 40 TDs and 11 INTs in 2007.

In 2007 he threw for 3 TDs and 2 INTs against LSU. Later in the season, he threw for 415 yards, 5 TDs and ZERO INTs against UF. In the season finale, 430 yards 6 TDs and 2 INTs against Tennessee.

In 2006, LSU actually gave him his worst statistical game of the season.

Andre was a beast and LSU kept him in check in those two years relative to his other performances.

Not trying to nitpick here but:

JPW 14/40 vs LSU in 07 and 15/31 vs LSU in 08
Jonathan Crompton 11/24 for 183 yards
Schaefer 13/28 2 ints
Sam Keller-Pelini's first game. I'd say that defense acquitted itself nicely as the season went on.
Rick Clausen-Pelini's 2nd game. Hurricane. That loss was more on the 250 yds of offense we got than the 300 yards of total offense we gave up.
Woodson-Had a lot of good games that year. That game was more the result of stupid penalties. 21/38 for 250 with 2 ints isn't that bad.
Tebow-Who hasn't he lit up? 12/26 for 158 yds vs us in 07 (his Heisman year). That's actually pretty good defense given the #'s he put up that year.
Stafford lit up a lot of teams.
Shockley barely threw for over 100 yards on us.
Jake Locker-let's just hope he turns out to be as good as we made him look.
The #'s vs us in 2008 were horrible and I think everyone realizes that. We're hoping that Chavis turns out to be more like Pelini than what we had last year.
I also think that if you are going to make this list then you need to have a correct definition of the term 'Superman QBs' bc throwing for over 100 yards definitely shouldn't be the criteria and it seems as though that's what you are going with here.

Also, DJ Shockley? The dude was awesome in his one year at UGA. He had like 25 TDs and 4 INTs.

And yet he was 6/12 for for 112 yds vs Pelini's D and in SFP's mind that makes him Superman.

woodson is borderline. he definitely wasn't a bad college QB, but he rarely lit up good teams lke he lit up LSU

He was a good college QB, he did light up UF (i know their D was bad that year) and UT that year, they just didn't win, and it wasn't just rantards, the media was touting him as a Heisman candidate after the LSU game.
