The fake FG was a great call that came up just short, but pinned Auburn inside the 10 yard line anyway. The 3 points would not have helped much.

And can you read English? Not sure you can, because I've said over and over that we dominated the game but still managed to make it look ugly! So you don't believe we could of did things at the end of the half and game to make LSU look like the team they really are? Bama isn't that strong this year neither is GA and if we keep calling plays like that at those times we will be beaten by both of them! Play 100 till the end, the coaches didn't call the game that way and it showed in our offense at those times period! Great we won!! Really that's great!! Time to look good thru out the whole game! See ya!

I liked the fake FG, that's aggressive! I didn't like the end of the half or game could of called a better tactical game. GN people

If we would have gotten a yard or two on the first down play, Miles would be viewed as a genius and ballsy for the play call.

I would imagine it was something seen on film, how Auburn left huge opening on middle on FG's and they tried to exploit it. If not, it was Les trying to get into the heads of other SEC coaches that "anything goes" in conference play.

Winning ugly in 2012 meant 12-10. Winning ugly this year against a much better Auburn team means 35-21.

We were up by 21 points!

No matter how ugly it looks if you run the ball every play the rest of the game it is a guaranteed win.

Heck we could have kneeled it ever play the last quarter and would have won. The point is once the game is in the bag miles shuts it down. That will never change. He just wants the win. He isn't there for entertainment.

Yes if we threw it there was probably a 1 in a 100 chance we would turn it over a couple times and lose. Miles isn't taking that chance for entertainment.

I recall an Auburn game years ago that was in the bag at one point.

Jaimie Howard was the quarterback.

If I was a team playing LSU I would panic.

Fact is we have come out every game and beat the crap out of the opposing team. Anytime we are not trying to run the clock out we have dominated.

Mett is confident and the coaches are confident in him to throw in third and any distance. If the defense plays like they have been doing out the gates we will have another championship. Anyone who doesn't see that is blind.

If we lose it's because we beat ourselves not because any team was better than us.
