I would like to see something directly underneath the press box windows.
Something like "LSU Baseball at the Box" or something along those lines. There is nothing there now, about 3 feet from the windows to the bottom of the press box facade, IMO it would be nice to have something there.

why was the video board constantly showing the Alex Box Logo, and the LSU logo, there weren't stats, or pictures or anything put up, for example Opening Night, Dean HR, they put up HOMERUN video, and tonight Landry HR twice and nothing, and Coleman K'd then they put up strikeout, but tonight 14 K's and not once was it on the scoreboard, just hope they do it better. make the scoreboard useful. i hope the operator isn't on a break until SEC play.

It is not working properly. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.

1. Having the scoreboard 10 feet behind me sucks.
2. Having the same bleachers that I had at the old Box (i.e. no backs to the bleacher seats) sucks...especially since we are paying TAF fees for the seats.
3. Couldn't even see the July 4th-ish fireworks because my view was blocked by the scoreboard.
4. If you are looking at the grandstand from inside, you have no idea what ballpark you are at (I'm sure this will probably be rectified in the future.)
I'm really not "bitching to bitch." These really are legit. Don't come at me with "you have a seat, so stop bitching." When you pay for your seats and aren't being given amenities others receive for the same or less price, you'll understand.

I only have two complaints:
1. The cowshit smell walking to the stadium
2. The right field being devoid of any kind of special thing (i.e. The Intimidator or bleacher stands). It just is a bit depressing to look over there and see nothing.

Nobody knows how to operate the HD jumbotron.

Like the new stadium, so this isn't "bitching". Call it constructive (or construction) criticism:
1.) The new stadium is not as loud. That may be because we've had 2 blowouts and the crowd hasn't had to get too loud, but I believe that the cozy confines of the old Box were louder.
2.) There's no reason to not have the Intimidator in right field.
3.) They really do need to make better use of the Jumbotron. It was down altogether today, and they didn't have any replays last night. I'm sure that they will get that together.
4.) Parking, but we'll adjust.
Now, to be fair, four positives:
1.) It's a beautiful park with great amenities and excellent sight lines.
2.) the Jumbotron is the shite.
3.) There has been some bitching about the reseating, but I think that overall they did an excellent job. I'm still sitting with basically the same crew that I've been with for years, and we are in essentiallly the same part of the stadium that we've grown accustomed to (aside for the lucky few in our area that had the TAF points to get bumped to the GS). It lends some continuity to the atmosphere from the old Box.
4.) The similarities to the old Box, particularly the field dimensions and the positioning of the stadium, add familiarity to the new digs.

Not nearly loud enough. This is going to hurt us big time in the long run.
There hasn't been a need for the crowd to get really loud yet during game play. I'm sure it will pick up is big situations.

the old box's low roof used to project the crowd noise out like a megaphone, not so much now

Ain't a damn thing wrong with corndogs.
But one thing I would like to see, and it may be coming...are some benches to sit on outside the stadium.
Waiting for a buddy and no place to sit down.

I think the new stadium is awesome, can't wait to go to a game.

It does sucks that the scoreboard is right over section 127-130. I don't think its right that the fans have to look straight up above them to see the innings, stats or replays.
They could have put the Jumbotron in the empty right field side or put the bleachers in the opposite side of the scoreboard to eliminate the neck strain and frustration for the fans who sit at the homerun bleachers.

I love the new box and everything involved with it. I love my seats, very good view with good people around me. 1st season ticket holder but I have been to my share of games at the old box. It just has a good feeling. You can't make everybody happy but to you guys that are happy,
