he wont play until his 3rd season at LSU. however u want to say it.
If he stays, he plays next year. not saying he'll start every game, but he'll play.

he'll make a more immediate impact as a pitcher, but his decision has a bigger future impact on the football team.

Multiple sources have told me Anthony Ranaudo has agreed to terms with the Boston Red Sox. Looks like a total deal of $4m. #LSU

oh i know, i'm just saying i'd trade losing ranaudo for a year over zach lee for three in a heartbeat
My bad, man, I meant to mention I wasn't questioning your logic or knowledge of it. I was merely elaborating on your point to help other people understand the importance of ZL coming to LSU over Ranaudo.
It'd be nice to have Ranaudo come back because he's a great leader, and I know he'd love a shot at redemption. Having ZL for three years minimum and playing football at the same time is a much better deal. Plus Ranaudo has more to lose if he doesn't sign now.
I just hope ZL holds off on any decisions regarding football until after his junior season of baseball.

from lsusports.net :
"BATON ROUGE - LSU coach Les Miles confirmed late Monday night that freshman quarterback Zach Lee signed a contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Details of the contract were not immediately available.
"This was a very personal decision for Zach and his family," Miles said. "This opportunity was just too difficult to pass up. We wish Zach and his family the very best. He's an outstanding young man and we hope he develops into a great Major League pitcher."
Lee was the 28th overall pick in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft over the summer."
