No disrespect to UNC, they are the better team and deserved to win. I just wish the refs would call the game both ways. I have no problem with them calling a ticky tack game, but do it for both teams.
LSU lost their composure down the stretch and that's too bad, but I have really enjoyed watching this team play this year. I have a lot of hope in Coach Johnson's ability to build a winning program in the future and I hope one day LSU will be a player with teams like UNC year in and year out. Thank-you Tigers for a great season. Thank-you G. Temple for always playing tough, hard core defense and for shuting down JJ during the final four run. Thank you M. Thornton for bringing excitement to Tiger BB. Thank you C. Johnson for developing into a descent player, even though you look like a stick man. And thanks Q. Thornton, uh, for eating up a few fouls a game? As for the rest of the guys, look forward to seeing you next year. Even though we probably won't be seeing a run through the SEC like we did this year, I know you guys will play hard and pull some upsets. GEAUX TIGERS!

Dude give it a break. LSU just didn't make the plays. I hate it when LSU loses a game and all people do is look for somebody to put the blame on. We gave them a good run, but came up short at the end of the game. UNC is a great team. We can't win all of them. So chill man.

makes me even more suspicious of the officiating. It was a very well-called game for so long and then... what? we got tired and started fouling? What about when NC was playing so sloppy?
And when the officiating tide began to turn , around that grabbing foul by Chris Johnson, one official was aggressively pointing at the fouling players--really ugly. Totally unnecessary.

Hats off to Marcus, Q, CJ, Garrett and T-Mart. A 4 minute stretch in the 2nd half did them in against the team that spent most of the year at #1. Would have loved to get a win, but these guys are all class. Great year and thanks for the ride!
