Back in the early-00s when gangsta rap started getting really popular, I was teaching at Broadmoor Middle and a kid came to school with diamond "clips" that stuck onto his teeth. When he ate lunch all kinds of shite got stuck in them and he looked like a total idiot taking them out and trying to pick all the food particles out. I mean he looked like a total idiot anyway just by wearing them but he looked like an even bigger idiot after that.

777 I guess your old dentist buddy never heard of the Hippocratic oath - “Do no harm”.
2nd point- these a diamonds are not implanted. They appear to be bonded to the outside of his teeth in the same way an orthodontist would bond a bracket to a tooth. If that’s the case, then he could have them removed fairly easily without damaging his teeth. Like many on this board, I don’t care for them, but I don’t think they are permanent.
