All I said is that I think they will be really good and are fairly loaded. Returning 18 starters and your starting QB from a 9 win year is what I consider “fairly loaded”.

Irrelevant.
Over 90% of games are won by the team with the higher composite talent rating.
And there isn’t any anger in that post at all. More like aggravation from these Orgeron apologists who want to claim MSU was justified in beating us last year because they were “more talented”. It’s a complete fabrication and I’m simply not going to allow it to be posted here and not call it out as bulkshit when I see it.

Except that it does. We lost to 2 teams this past year that were substantially less talented than us. That is not just an anomaly. That means there was a root cause for the ineffectiveness in which a team with superior talent played.
What would be the next thing you would look at at the cause for the anomaly?

I'm positive lsu finished 2 games ahead of state in the west last year, you know, that very weak sec last year. Course they beat us. I think Auburn may have beaten bama. Not sure
