I’m sure O wanted all the time he can get with the guy he envisioned helping him change the direction of the program. Plus crawfish is always worth the wait.

Guessing that was in the summer of 2018 when many places stop selling boiled crawfish (end of season).

Sounds like he sent them somewhere to pick up some already boiled crawfish and serve them.

No way they suddenly decided to boil some crawfish in a restaurant. Would have taken way too long to prepare and get them to the table
