Seems like this was basically the equivalent of two idiots that thought they had all of the answers to the test with that book. Then walked in on test day, the teacher said you’ve got to show your work, and they were left with their dick in their hands because they really didn’t understand the material at all. They really believed they could just take the work of other actual intelligent people, emulate it, and just be fine. “Pete like basically told us how to do it, we’re good”
Still blows my mind they were able to fool an AD into the plan of “hey look I’m completely unqualified but since you’ll pay me less, you can hire coaches much smarter than me” and the guy actually signed off on horrific plan.

Ed helped bring us a national championship and the greatest college football season and team of all-time. yes he needs to go but this thread completely disregards the 2019 season

Even sent stats in before this in letters BEGGING Alleva.

frick we also hired him based on a pinky promise from his desired OC . Nothing about it will ever make sense
