Those three games Myles started have you a believer
If you look at the entire picture, the numbers he put up, lack of running game, poor O line play and poor coaching/play calling (plus the fact that they had limited practice due to Covid), I’d say YES I do believe in Myles.
Myles was putting up numbers we all would have killed for before 2019. No reason to think he hasn’t improved and the new staff will put the offense in better position to play well.
Not sure what Myles has done to make people think he can’t play.

Stand in the pocket like a statue until someone finally gets open or he gets hit? Dude has the biggest arm, but he’s competing against guys that can move in a read option offense. He’s a prostyle QB. Denbrock’s last QB was a runner, so Nuss fits his mold a little better than Brennan.

10 posts and you're an LSU insider that people just don't mind talking to about who has done what. Smells like BS.

He really didn’t even give a stance just said something needs to change and left it at that.
You baws are so soft. Can’t handle anyone talking or thinking just the slightest bit different than you. Be better.

If you actually watched those 3 games, you saw a qb who looked uncomfortable in the pocket and didn’t inspire much confidence in his teammates.
Wtf you mean, Brennan was slinging it. He was legit on pace for 30ish tds

Nuss is an Ian Book clone, so I can see why CBK would favor him.
You can’t be serious! This may be the worse comparison I’ve ever seen.

so Nuss fits his mold a little better than Brennan.
That would be miraculous considering what we saw last year.

I think Myles (while not a threat to beat you with his legs) is a little more mobile than people give him credit for.
Hell Max Johnson was supposed to be the “mobile” QB and he was an absolute disaster if the picket broke down.

So Denbrock can’t adapt his offense to whomever gives the team the best chance to win? That’s what good coaches do.
All I’m saying is that Myles is better than a lot of this board gives him credit for and I think will be the starter game 1.
And if he’s not, I don’t really care because I trust this coaching staff to play whichever one gives the team the best chance to win.

Brennan had no offensive line.
We will see on Nussmeier starting. I'm still seeing him throwing the ball and missing receivers against Arkansas. Without a competent running game both he and Brennan will have serious problems which is probably why Daniels is in the mix.

Did you watch those 3 games? Do you have eyes? He was a deer in the headlights

Nuss has a bigger arm than Book, but they’re physically similar and most importantly have a similar mindset - too reliant on improvisation/hero ball.

If someone told you that they were guessing. They haven’t done nearly enough to have a qb set at this point.

He was like that the first half vs Miss Star
He looked fine the next 8 quarters he played.

That may be the worst comparison I’ve ever heard on this board and there have been many bad ones.

Did you watch the Spring game? Nuss was so smooth setting up and firing to an open receiver.
It was interesting to me, when Myles or Daniels were in the game they seemed to have difficulty finding an open receiver. Especially Daniels.
Nuss looked more like an experienced QB in relation to the other two.

Somebody should’ve let Kelly know before he went into Media Days yesterday and said it wasn’t decided. You serious, Clark?
