QB sparks the team . If you have a quick release guy who pushes the ball down the field , the secondary can’t creep up and it opens up the run game . With Nuss , the team probably figures , hey we are never out of it . The O-line doesn’t have to hold blocks forever , either . If JD is not performing , put Nuss in . Saban isn’t afraid to do this .

Yes quick 8 yds with JD5s legs is 2nd & 2, a quick release from Nuss ‘s incompletion is 2nd & 10- putting the O in passing situations
We have two very good QBs
1 is proven and 1 will definitely get his chance

Corner?? U mean a OLB(#36 Graham) who was splitting T and Slot come on guy chilll! U do know u can zone it up on the backside in the boundary and play man on the field side right but thats not even what happened. In fact The OLB who also split the T and Slot on the field side immediately bailed and played the hook to flat. The field side corner was in bail technique, Taking deep 3rds as well as the field side safety. You also said earlier that you saw stacked boxes where were they again? Do tell.

Again that’s not 2 man and again you’ve just admitted it’s not but because you have no idea what you’re talking about you keep saying it. You don’t know the difference between a pre snap look and the actual defense and you don’t even know how to recognize the basic concepts in the alignments. You’re so ignorant and so dishonest it’s hard to converse with you. You’ve changed your mind now 4 times on what defense it was while still maintaining its “2 high”. Serious question, are you retarded or 13 years old?

I have stayed on course the entire time. Who said 2 man u clown. Dont mince words now. 2 high does not mean man lmfao. You can play zone, combo, or man from 2 high. Not once did i say and u can go back and look at my posts hoe arse la baw did i say 2 man. Even further review from the endzone shot it shows on that play that the field side corner was actually playing hook to flat.( he presses Lacy and then releases him to the field saftey) . The field side LB was playing hook to curl.

That being said the whole post was about the fact that you and other idiot posters crying about FSU stacking the box and that never happened unless it was short yardage or inside the 10. U are wrong, u been wrong. Ur a shitty poster. Ur getting close to CptBengal status.

It’s not 2 high either stupid and you’ve even unknowingly said as much 3 times. Your pre snap picks prove you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. And you’re lying again, not once in this thread or the last one you embarrassed yourself in have I ever posted the words “stacked box”. What a dumbfrick.

Florida State opened the third quarter with there counter plays but this time with two running backs and it confused us and we couldn’t adjust. I believe on our open drive in the third quarter Nuss should have came in. A least to see how the defense would adjust or if it would have helped the run game. Then put Jayden back in after that series and I bet he would have been on point. Use Nuss to motivate Jayden

What you’re doing is deflecting and trying to dig your way out of what you said earlier by backtracking and trying to reframe. You’re also lying about what I said. You said the only long run we had was Williams run vs prevent. Both incorrect and I gave examples. Your response was “I bet you won’t show the video” but I did and it proved you wrong so now you’re scrambling, making strawmen and deflecting. You were wrong but you can’t admit it and I’m not even sure you have a clue what safety indicators are pre or post snap. Stop moving the goalpost, stick to what I said and stop making shite up.

The dude was getting hit almost every damn play. I have to say the Offensive Line played way under their capabilities.

Looka here 9-5-23 sabbertooth says

"Defense knows LSU can’t throw down field.
Stack the box and shuts down the run.
See Les Miles/JJ"

And guess who comes along and responds Mr. jack in a crack Madking. Concurring with him!!

"Anytime they dropped safeties we opened big holes. 6 can’t block 8 or 9, it’s just not possible."

Don't try me I bring receipts.

Also what do you call your corners lining up 8 yards off the ball with 37 seconds left? Say it with me now. Prevent!!!

I’m not sabertooth dumbass. You’re quoting him and pretending it’s me. I never said what you claimed so you twist a quote and lie. The only receipts you bring prove you’re a dishonest retard.

I’m not sure Nuss would be any better. He is a true passing threat, but unless we can show that we are capable of running the ball with an RB, opponents will tee off on Nuss. Daniels may not be a great passer but his legs force a defense to plan against it opening up some limited opportunities.

Regardless of QB, our inability to generate any kind of traditional running game will be a headwind to us.

What concerns me about JD is that he had all of last year and the off-season to get better throwing over the middle of the field and over the top. He didn’t do either one of those in one of the biggest games of the year!!!

He was still very very hesitant and I just don’t understand why he’s so cautious with the ball when he’s got the green light, has the arm to do it and has all the WR talent in the world to trust.

Another issue I saw with him is that he gets locked into 1 WR. He did this last year and he’s doing it again. All I’d work on with him is going through reads and passing the ball over the middle and over the top. Placement of the ball with these two throws. If he can figure out those 3 things and do it with confidence then he’d be fine.

We should have seen him do these things and it does concern me that he didn’t. Nuss can and will absolutely do these things so if JD continues, he absolutely should be replaced with someone is willing to do those things successfully and consistently. That would be my exact message to him also. I don’t think your bad or Nuss is better, I just think he’s willing and you aren’t showing me that you are when we’ve asked you to do that. Simple.

Unpredictable is an asset if it results in the opposite team is guessing wrong. If not, it’s not a good thing. The best scenario is that we have things that the opponent can’t stop even if they know it’s coming. It looked to me we have some of that but poor execution is the reason we lost to FSU.

Lose one more game — and Daniels becomes a handicap to the future —Nuss should play the rest of the season to get better & better. Win lose or draw at that point because we won’t be making the playoffs.

Would have loved to find out when down 38-17. Try SOMETHING different. It wasn’t working.
