How long will it take for someone here to say MVB sucks and LSU needs to play the next guy?
I'm glad MVB will get more playing time.

MVB's stats aren't game winning stats. But second string is always the guy fans want when a team isn't winning. With the O-Line and lack of a running game I hope he survives.

Teams are getting pressure only rushing 3 and Nuss is turning right into sacks. At least they can't drop 8 every time. At least MVB should get first downs if they do.

Part of the plan to help him save face for the switch to MVB .

Ohhhhh my bad, I must have missed the new changes in CFB. I didn't realize that "pay for play" players actually have to stay at their current school.

Seriously, if they announced MVB was the starter for the rest of the year, I would buy tickets for the last two home games. If Nuss plays, I'm probably not going to tune in. I have YouTube TV and don't get the game now as it is.

No, I took it as a way to "protect" him for when they play MVB. I'm taking it as a way of excusing the MVB start against Arky.

Just call it what it is NUss sucks! Should have been benched after LA Tech. The OL and Nuss cost LSU games as they are both very bad and have very limited upside!
Thanks BK and Brad Davis

But no matter what you say
You know it, the torso's gonna get ya
No clue of what's happening to you
And before the game is through
Ooh, Nuss, the torso's gonna get ya"

Saying he's hurt is to protect NIL dollars. The problem is they literally set him up for everything to succeed this year. Gave him 18. Got him huge NIL deals most likely worth + $7m. Only to have him regress and play uninterested. Meanwhile he's basically had a hand in ruining multiple coaches and administrators. They deserved to be ruined, no doubt. Their lack of coaching is awful. But in the end, they felt like they HAD to stick with Nuss because they had begged and borrowed and gotten him all that money and deals and if you just admit he sucked and benched him, then good luck ever getting that money again.

They should have just benched him and used the excuse of an injury instead of dancing around kinda injured but shouldn't be THAT injured or whatever they did. Nobody really knows how to handle all these money type situations regarding players not living up to expectations.

Kelly and Sloan made their bed. Nuss struggled this season but lets not act like the offensive structure around him was setting him up for success. Their are glaring holes all over the board with the staff and team. Now he deserves criticism for his decision making and bad play but lets not exaggerate and say he was "uninterested" or he ruined the AD and Coaches and he was why they were fired.

He shouldn't have played weeks 2-4 and honestly probably should have been pulled in the Ole Miss game when he was clearly laboring and not able to make the throws. But here we are.

I better see TreyDez with 10 targets and Berry with 20+ carries tomorrow.
