That will be the score at the end of the 3rd Quarter

We better be trying to score in this scenario this weekend!

I don’t think we pump the brakes especially after that stuff they said about Landry

Lane would try to score 90+ on Ole Miss if there was enough time on the clock to do so.

The stuff about Landry and some of the other bs that is being floated around. its just hard to imagine that given the chance Lane won't take the foot off the gas if that situation presents itself. Curious to see how they start the game.

With the way LSU has been treated by the SEC and its fellow members of the conference there should be NO brakes this season. None! That doesn't mean unnecessarily playing key players deep into blowouts. But it does mean there is no change in the gameplan to simply run out the clock if the backups are in. The tempo should be the same. The aggressiveness of the playcalling should be the same. The willingness to throw deep should be the same, and there should be no extra point attempts (unless the staff feels it would be a strategic disadvantage for future games). LSU should go for two no matter how great the margin of lead and how much time is left in the game.
If the opposing coaches, media, and SEC don't like that approach the Lane should simply say: "I don't give a damn about niceties. Deal with it! You, your schools, and the SEC officials brought it upon yourselves. If you don't like it, get better on defense."

I love the shot of Houston Nutt at the end of the game where he's covering his mouth laughing. He's like, "yep, I'm getting fired for this"

Still not sure what was more unbelievable: taking a knee on 1st and goal at the 1 with over five minutes left, or Zach “Concrete Shoes” Mettenberger nearly scoring a 26yd rushing TD the play before.
