Before 1pm? Doesn't that create a collision between fed and state court and could at least keep the judge on alabama tro narrow enough to still leave the SEC exposed to Wright and Harris?

The state injunction and federal SEC case aren't on the same issues. Regardless of how the judge rules today, the SEC is exposed to claims from players.

The biggest egos in the world belong to guys like Sankey. You put them in charge of something as big as the SEC for several years, and they truly start thinking they are indispensable. When you begin to demonstrate their flaws and shortcomings, it creates a vengeful monster. They can’t let it go.
