I may have to sell my tickets to all football games this year to pay for that Omaha trip

the best thing about when we make CWS is it gets us to mid june and then we only have 1 month without anything going on...July is dead and camp always starts in august.

at the rate baseball is succeeding we may start to see the 90s again where most pulled to baseball over football all those years. especially with the nattys skip won. jay is just getting started and now has 2 in 4 years.
kelly better get going. no reason not to make these wimpy playoffs now letting 12 teams in. zero excuse actually for LSU to ever miss the playoffs again.

LSU better pay that money for the elite athletes if they continue this NIL clown show the way it is or else LSU will dang sure continue to miss the playoffs.
LSU can’t be letting in state elite players like Blaine Bradford or Lamar brown potentially go elsewhere. Teams like Texas or Texas A&M would never let those type of players leaver their backyard.

I think "most" might be a stretch, but yes there were folks who became baseball only fans during that time and it was then and for the most part still is now very unprecedented in the amount of support LSU has for baseball. But football is, was and always will be the unchallenged bell cow.
