absolutely positively. you gotta have some sort of neutral third party (which the SEC SHOULD be able to do, but...Birmingham/Skankey) so it's not a Lord of the Flies situation with all the unruly children. Skankey is like your drunk uncle who loves when the kids beat each other's arse.
