Sorry but this is my final melt. I just don’t see how this situation doesn’t set us back at least 2-3 years. 1 of 2 things will happen:

1) Wade is Guilty
- He will be fired
- NCAA will open investigation
- We will be put on probation and have scholarships taken away, possibly wins vacated
- Post season ban, likely have a few seasons similar to JJ’s last season
- All of this likely without reaching our full potential as he won’t coach the remaining games

2) He is innocent
- Alleva damages any chance that he stays here long term
- If by some chance he does stay, recruits will certainly be hesitant to sign here
- Likely he leaves because our douchebag Admin decided to question him now instead of after the season and we strikeout and miss on a few coaches again before we find a good one

Either way this ends up, enjoy these last few weeks watching this team. It will be 2-3 years minimum before we are likely even in the discussion again for an NCAA T bid

Or, he is innocent and Alleva and King are told to kick dirt and lick my butthole clean and Wade is told behind closed doors, "We freaked up. We are sorry and we will have competent leadership that backs our guys. Please stay on and here is a raise".

3. ALL OF THE **** BLUE BLOODS DO THE SAME THING

Why do we have to be this sacrificial lamb? It's so annoying.

Wade is still under contract. He's not going anywhere If the NCAA does nothing.

Cause our God Damn Coach is on a FBI wiretap speaking about paying for a player currently the 6th man on our roster.

Next question

This is what's going to happen.

Why do you think he struck out with Jimbo and Herman? Why do you think LSU ended up with Ed fricking Orgeron as head coach of the football program?

Word is out on Joe. No established coach wants to work for him. He has a history. He has a track record. He's possibly the worst hire in the athletic department at LSU in my lifetime.

This x 1000!

I am saying a Novena tonight that this scenario is exactly how it plays out...Aleva needs to be finished. He did enough damage at Duke...why in the hell he ever ended up here I will never understand. The sports programs at LSU have been in turmoil for his entire tenure.

A guy can hope, can't he?

It's all LSU Athletics has left anyway. Hope and prayer.

I’m so tired of this “sky is falling” bullshite. LSU hired a guy who played the same game all the Blue Bloods do. I’m more pissed at the lack of support the administration is giving him.

Do I think we broke the rules? Damn right, we did. So does everyone else. Why do you think Dickie V is so up in arms with Wade? Because he knows that if we fight, his boys in Carolina and Kentucky will get taken down too.

Screw that! LSU is so spineless. They won’t fight.

UNC had probably the most historic academic scandal ever. They decided to tell the NCAA to go frick itself, and got hit with a slap on the wrist.

Alleva made his best hire, and decides to bend over and take it up the arse. Screw that! Roll with Wade through the season. If shite comes down later, then so be it.

We’re doing what everyone else does. Let it play out because I, for one, won’t forget it!

Will Wade is on record saying he wanted to take care of the player and mother, but the handler wanted a bigger piece of the pie. He said the recruit would make more than the rookie minimum, which everyone understands to be the minimum for an NBA rookie.

Joe Alleva wasn't on the phone call. Alleva wasn't trying to buy recruits. That was Will Wade. If LSU had Vanderbilt's record, everybody would be on board with firing him.

We have people arguing that there is no proof that Wade cheated, and with the next breath claiming "everyone cheats" without a single shred of evidence.

If everyone cheats, then there isn't a single good, honest man who is a head coach in college basketball or football. I don't believe that. Saying "everyone cheats" means "we got caught" and we have no excuses. It just makes you feel less sleazy and gives you a way to vent and accept it all.

Sean Miller

Explain to me why two very similar cases, one even more incriminating in Arizona’s got less of a punishment?

It’s because their AD has a nutsack and told the media to frick off

The only sad part about all of this is that Wade learned NOTHING from Stringer Bell & Avon Barksdale!

Burner phones!!
