The radar I'm looking at has it raining in Baton Rouge until 10:39 pm atleast. I can't see lightning on the radar though.

So that teams playing Thu-Sat series don't have an advantage over teams playing Fri-Sun.series. I'm not trying to justify it but that's the rationale.

Everyone is being a dick about not knowing why we can't play on Sunday. "SEC rule" apparently even tho we played texas last sunday..
Does it only apply to certain teams, if so, which ones?

It cost us not just the west but a share of the SEC overall also. But there was no guarantee we would’ve won the game had it been played

This series started on Thursday. You cant play on Sunday if your series starts on Thursday.
Texas series started on Friday.

Because of scheduling. SEC series have 3 days to complete. Thursday start means it can’t go into Sunday. Thus-Saturday and Friday thru Sunday. 4 days to play three games would give some team a pitching advantage along the way
