Sitting around all day is not preparing your body for the rigors of a game. Doing a light walk through is smart to get the body ready. Watch an elite athlete warmup for any competition, long slow warm up gets energy systems ready.

Im not worried ab it or anything but the walk through is still on Friday each week (Saturday this week)

I’m wondering how the team coming in twice will work. Do they come down the Hill twice? It’ll be pretty cool regardless

It’s a walk thru — Have you ever sat around a hotel all day? By the end of the day, you will not be ready to play a football game.. Getting out and moving around, while getting familiar with the inside of the stadium is absolutely the best thing they could do that morning

He didn’t call it a walk thru for gameday. He said he likes to have the guys move around and break a little sweat. I love it. It’s boring as hell in that hotel room all day waiting for night games.
