Producers/directors of baseball broadcasts love to show close ups of runners running instead of showing the whole field. Don't understand why they think that's good TV. Would have been nice to see where the ball was when Curriel put the breaks on, or the throw get by the catcher when he scored.

no one else notices this? He’s watching the ball a lot longer this year, whether it’s a homerun or not.

He did it last year too. Several times he could have been safe at first if he got out the box. I think he just likes to follow all the way through with his swing

Trying to show the replay on the first review was brutal. It was like someone spilled coffee on the controls. Would either go way forward or back way too fast

Yeah. But seeing when the ball actually got to the catcher, Curiel would have scored had he kept running. He’s lucky he didn’t get caught in a rundown doing what he did.

Yea that’s probably the worst at bat I’ve seen from Dickinson all year.

Somehow it looked like the soft lefty was blowing those smoking 86 mph fastballs by him

Remember when the kids running with the baseball had a chance to get impaled with the metal insert to the ground.

That always stressed me out.
