remember when Hawthorne called the LSU students "the idiots" for storming the court at the Arizona basketball game because he seriously thought they were going to trample him to death? Then he had to apologize a week later.

In this case, he caught himself in mid sentence and laughed at himself. He obviously misspoke and realized it as soon as it came out.

Why should he be able to stay until he,s ready to leave? He is horrible in football, totally incompetent in baseball. He was a decent basketball announcer, but he comes off as a grouchy, crazy old man. He should be held to some kind of professional standard. LSU doesn't owe that job to him or anyone

Gordy Rush needs to be given the authority to crack the whip on him. I was wondering if there was some type of program director from the lsu side since he seems to never change the whiny, negative shite that anyone would've made him change by now.
