I have watched a lot of previous games from last season and the 2 from this year. If we can play as disciplined as we have this season there will be a few opportunities to get some turnovers. Chambliss threw 4 turnover worthy passes against Miami but their defenders couldn't catch the ball. Need to play disciplined and make the plays when they are there. Several times you drop a pick and the next play is a big play for the offense when you give them a second chance.

I did'nt know much about Kiffin before LSU hired him. I had not really listened or analyzed how/what he said, and had never listened to a "complete" interview.

Now I have. And Oh My God, there is SO MUCH subtlety behind & in every word, mannerism, intonation when he speaks. Most jobs, professions do not require the skill/ability to be able to "read" people, or "read between the lines". So they miss what's REALLY being said, or NOT said, or HOW it's said!

I can only tell you this about Kiffin. He is a genius when communicating, dealing with people. Every word is carefully chosen. And behind a microphone, on stage, at a podium, etc. - Lane has utter control of a room, audience, journalists' + media. And he especially has it while coaching a player/players/team!

Lane has a "One Track Mind" and it is Laser Focused on achieving, obtaining his ultimate/final goal - which is Winning! And he is very clear about his "Role as a Coach" and his Job - which is to Win!! And he says, repeats it all the time.....that "Winning" is NOT just for Him, but for LSU, Louisiana, the Fans, Players & Team!

Everything written, said above was the evidence and proof to describe/explain one overarching quality Lane Kiffin possesses and is ALWAYS doing.

And that is thinking 10 steps ahead, while considering every facet, factor & effect anything/everything has or will have upon WINNING!

Kiffin was definitely "manipulating" the plays, calls during La Tech in order to prepare the players/team for Ole Miss!
