Brought a 4 and 6 year old to their first game Saturday....Played that song on repeat (clean version) for 2 days getting the kids excited about the game. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

I'm going to bet that we still hear it when LSU kickoffs. We were receiving the opening kickoff, and Dan Borne's poem took about 45 seconds to long anyway. If the ball doesn't fall of the tee for McNeese State Borne's video wouldn't have even finished.

Mc Neese was from Louisiana too. It is possible that the athletic administration still appreciates this beautiful composition but just didn't want to fire the other team up.

I don't think McNeese plays that in the stadium, but I haven't been to a game at the hole in a couple of years.

that song sucks arse and i wish it would cease to exist.
