Its open to interpretation. I am sure the interpretation is if you have an RV and pay for an RV spot and donate to the school it's not loud. If you are just some Joe Blow parked in a lot and sit in the nosebleed then it's too loud no matter what you have.

If you have to haul the entire contents of your living room to campus to have a good time, might as well just stay home.
We ate at home before the game and packed a few sandwiches for after OR stopped at a Fast Food Conglomeration on the way OR got something in the Union.
My usual post-game meal was bologna sandwiches, pickles, wavy chips and Dr. Pepper while listening to one of the post-game shows. That's all I wanted and all I needed!..........
