No reason for us to not be in CFB Playoff talks and a record of 11-1 with how terrible our schedule was this year. Same people screaming they are happy for 9 or 10 wins were also complaining about 9 or 10 wins two years ago.

Yes - we need to keep believing that Orgeron and Canada together are better than having Jimbo for another million dollars.

But O was smart enough to swap the baked chicken for fried chicken for pregame meals.

The players love that!

Why were the chips down in the first place?

I'll give O credit for improving as the season went on, but he did not show some great evolution in coaching, because he still put the team in multiple positions to lose, and he didn't start the year off well. He didn't show that he's evolved from previous stops, nor did he make me feel better that he can win when he shouldn't consistently.

He also still didn't show he has the chops to win a championship. He showed me Les Miles 2.0 with a better offense and a less consistent approach to the game with pretty much, the exact same results. He won only 1 game he shouldn't have and lost to 2 teams he should have beat. That is a Les Miles season if there ever was one.

Good Move - maybe the extra gas speeds the players up on the field.

I for one will eat crow. O just isn’t big time football HC material. I think A&M still has a way to go but I guarantee you Fisher leads A&M to a West division title before O gets us there.

Let’s be honest here. This all started with the Rush media mafia getting O as a weekly guest on Ponamsky and Culotta’s Show. They pushed and pushed and pushed untilO was hired as DL coach, where he immediately started making the contacts to backstab Miles.
He,and they succeeded and WE will be paying for this for a few years.
We whiffed on Jimbo in 2015becayse of ineptitude by FKing and Alleva. But this didn’t stop theRushgroypfrompyshing to oust Miles. Once they got that taken care of, Alleva’s incompetence was relied upon to give us what we have today, a pretty good DLcoach I charge of a multimillion dollar operation.
