We have OUR guy, and he's 21-7 since leaving Ole Mess (that's not terrible).
What if the Tigers shock everyone and go 8-4 or better next year? Will O still be the pig in the palace ballroom?

The point is, 8-4 is not an acceptable standard if you position yourself as an elite team. I agree that 8-4 is an accomplishment next year with O as head coach.
