Can he even make that decision? Isn’t that a university and/or conference decision?
ETA: I wasn’t aware the governor could make unilateral decisions about which entities with liquor licenses can or cannot serve alcohol

I don’t know about all that other stuff but anytime you combine inebriated blowhards and incoherent blatherings in the same sentence is gonna secure an upvote from me. That’s just a hard fast rule of mine.
