Thornton was such an excellent player. He could shoot the lights out when he was on, and he had such a strong upper body that allowed him to absorb contact and finish down low. He should have had so many and 1's that weren't called last year when he made layups.

He was the reason why LSU's halfcourt offense looked good at times last year. Idk how it will be good this year because I'm still not sure how much offense Storm will produce against other SEC big men. I know he has improved a lot, but I still want to see how he does before I say he can be a big time offensive scoring threat.

well uconn is the more talented team and getting the calls. Its gonna be tough for lsu to come back

Thank you. Taz might be the sixth man on UConn. But he wouldn't start. Not based on what I've seen so far in this game. He may prove me wrong in the second half. I hope so. But based on his performance in the first half, he would not be a starter on this UConn team.

There have been some bad calls but the block at the end of the end of the half was a good call.
