Kiffin has been dropping breadcrumbs. He has said teams like Ole Miss woildnt be able to compete without being able to just outright buy rosters anymore. NIL Go changes that. His biggest advantage is gone now. This helps blue blood teams and hurts teams like Texas Tech and Ole Miss.

He’s about to show the world the reason NCAA wishes they had a cap for NIL and would do it differently lol

I've seen some hint at it and Moscona outright said it. Generating NIL money isn't the issue anymore, its how to get it to the players.

So this is any NIL deal separate from the revenue sharing that each school will be paying to its players correct?

You cant just dump money anymore at players for nothing. It has to be justified to the clearinghouse. Anything over $600. The clearinghouse can outright deny the deals or delay them.

So revenue sharing and NIL are separate from each other. Two separate revenue streams. The clearing house is specifically for NIL.

Honestly, this is what NIL was always meant to be.

Still ways around it. I guess we will just see how it works. If any business can just plot a billboard up or poster up and make it happen it doesn’t feel like it changes much

Yeah from what I've read there are ways around it, but it cant look like pay for play. NIL Go will look for indicators like timing of deals things like that, and flag the deal. Then they do some type of audit.

Texas Tech wont be able to use their model much longer similar to Ole Miss. Advantages to teams like LSU, Bama, Georgia, Ohio State etc.

Deloitte. Austin Thomas told me last month they had not had a single NIL flagged at the clearing house to this point.

I guess I should try to learn about it, but if anyone thinks it will suddenly make everything on the level, he is delusional.
