Nikki and the Lady Tigers Bring Home a Championship!

Nikki Caldwell's Lady Tigers basketball team took home the championship trophy of the FIU Thanksgiving Classic tournament, with a 76-69 win over the host institution. The Lady Tigers knocked off #12 ranked West Virginia in the first game on Friday and followed that up with a win in the championship game this afternoon.
All the gloom and doom predictions from the Hampton loss are apparently premature.

This team use to go to 5 straight Final Fours. Van really destroyed the team. They should always be at least Elite 8 considering there are only like 5 good teams in WNCAA.
