If this stupid arse fan base keeps making snap judgments based on garbage time play and a quick image they see on tv(the laughing thing), then maybe Brennan transfers.

If they shut thier pie holes and let the coaches develop players, then Brennan likely becomes a capable Sec starter next year.

I could see that. I'd be happy with King or Parrish over Brennan.

All these talent scouts and we haven't developed a QB since Flynn.
I think I will trust O, E, and Brady. They seem to have a clue.

It’s Brady’s decision, at least it should be

I expect Brennan to be the starter next season, and to do just fine.

why? What have you seen that shows Brennan is ready?

I've seen very little. Just because a guy is in the system for a few years and has a strong arm, doesn't mean he's an SEC QB. There's far more to it than that.

My prediction is, and has been now for a couple years, that Brennan isn't the guy and won't start a meaningful game for LSU (barring injury).

If O, E, and Brady think we need a better option at QB I guarantee they try to find one

King cannot throw with any accuracy

Quit lying. King's first three years as a starter, he averaged 65% completion percentage. This year, in a new system, with a new coach and offensive coordinator, his completion percentage has dropped to 52.7%. Sort of like Burrow last year when his completion percentage was in the 50s in a new system, with new coach and new offensive coordinator. In high school King completed 66% of his passes. So, but for one year of his career, he has averaged 65.5% completion percentage.

You basically took an outlier year, ignored every other year of his football career, and promoted the idea that "King cannot throw with any accuracy". Why is that? Just curious.

I don't think Brennan will ever be a high level QB. I hope I'm wrong as he has stayed when he could have left.

I wouldn't be surprised though if the coaches bring a transfer in.

None of you critics of Myles has ever seen him with first unit team. I have and he will do great. Give Myles time with first team next year and see how it goes.

Brennan let the pressure get to him on that pick 6.

He has to learn in that position either eat it and take the sack or throw that ball in the same direction but to the bleachers.

Brady doesn't care about things like seniority, he will play whoever is the most talented and has the ability to make plays

And you know this from Brady's long collegiate history as linebacker coach at William & Mary and as a graduate assistant at Penn State? Or was it his tenure as Offensive Assistant with the New Orleans Saints.

Also, which highly rated HS QB is going to want to come here if we keep taking grad transfer QB’s every other year? It’s a slippery slope in recruiting.

Brennan is a class act and has stuck it out through it all.

But he's thrown some of the worst interceptions ive ever seen. Against Vandy, he looks the exact same as he did when we played Syracuse.

Hes made no significant strides. Jumpy and prone to mistakes.

There is a reason Orgeron needed Burrow in the first place

Y'all are hilarious. Burrow was at Ohio St for 3 years through bad QB play and good QB play and didn't start. Meyer actually said the guy had a weak arm and Burrow started working hard to fix that arm. Burrow was also mediocre at best at LSU last year and no, it wasn't just drops or scheme that made him look bad vs our best competition (come on that should be obvious).

Burrow, as a 5th year senior, looks like a seasoned vet Heisman player now. Brennan will be in year four next year and will have been in Brady's system getting majority reps in spring and fall. He'll make some mistakes, but the kid needs to work through them. I still expect him to put up insane numbers, a good completion %, and yes double digits ints. He's a gun slinger with an above average arm and quick release.

Only chance Brennan gets beat out by anybody, is if Parrish grows exponentially in less than a year.

Did you critique Burrow's interception. I'd like to get your analysis on that as well.
It appeared to me that he threw without thinking, into double coverage.

How much money you putting up? The kid has waited his this long and stuck it out - why would he transfer now when he is almost certain to be the starter next season?

OU is doing well with transfer qbs. They maintain high levels of playing with good, capable transfer qbs.

I think the coaches are good with Brennan but wouldn't turn their head if a transfer inquired about transferring in

Calm down Peter. You will get your chance. Or transfer like McMill and Scott.
