Not a fan of the O hire but he did show that with the same players, he can beat down teams that we should beat down. The Florida game was as fluky as they come. Lots of yards. Uncharacteristic fumble by Guice. Bad snap on fg try. A fluke 98 yard bomb. A wrong cut on the final play. Fact is we lost, but that was just an odd game.

Point being, I think we will win the games we are supposed to. There is the BAMA game and maybe 1 or 2 others that could be toss ups. Let's see how we do in those.

My expectations. 10-2 to 9-3. 11-1 would be pretty damn good.

We lose more than folks think. I wonder what the floor of satisfaction will be with O...is it 3 losses, 4 losses?

I root for O to do well as doing so is good for LSU, but think objectively that his hire is a serious error that will ultimately set the program back further. I will be shocked if we do not walk off into the 90's college football abyss under his leadership.

That's a pretty tough schedule. It's tough to tell. Going to Knoxville that late in the year will be tough. I see 9-3.

Devin White must become the next Beckwith.
Donnie will fill in for Duke.
One of the safeties must emerge to be the next Jamal Adams.
R. Lawrence must emerge as the next Godchaux (assuming Godchaux leaves).

I think there are suitable replacements in line at every other position, assuming the CB's can collectively replace T. White and D. Thomas.

Etling may be vastly improved if the tamu game is any indicator. Guice has proven to replace Fournette's production. Pick any 5 of LSU's experienced O-line, and they're pretty formidable, even sans Pocic. Offense will be have at least the same production.

LSU needs to lose no more than ONE SEC game next year. We'll see. I am very interested to see what happens on NSD.

I expect us to be better on both sides of the ball

We need players to step up- we lose our best O-Lineman, Pocic, & on D, Beckwith, not to mention, Adams will be leaving early..
