I'll never understand this mentality. That's not how the business side works.

The job of the administration is to protect LSU, not Will Wade.

By making this statement he is forcing them to make a decision, while also setting up a potential lawsuit or grievance for loss of pay and termination depending on how the continued investigation plays out.

Good for him, but now I’m pretty sure he is gone. You don’t publicly call out your boss and keep your job very often. I still think he did the right thing.

Will Wade is an LSU employee and they are both supposed to protect LSU. Keeping out the NCAA during initial discussions would be protecting LSU, not just Will. How do you not understand that?

That is their job but it certainly appears they are protecting their own jobs, not LSU.

And our Administration is going to come out looking worse than one could ever imagine

People are actually trying to paint those BOS jackoffs as "protecting LSU" with their actions.

There still has to be boss/employee relationship maintained.

Wade already lied to them over the first leak. I dont really think he gets the benefit of the doubt with them anymore.

Like yea, you fist pump your boss everyday and y'all are cool until you cross him. Then he is forced to act like a boss.

They have reacted completely the opposite from any other school involved in this which only perpetuated the media cycle and made us look more guilty

I love the statement but think it makes it less likely he will return. The administration isn’t going to be seen as being told what to do. This is probably strategic from Wade’s camp. He isn’t going to be reinstated but this sets up possibly filing of a greivance/lawsuit if he’s let go.

Roger is a bumbling buffoon who equates this situation to his failed career in middle management of a sales company.
